Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in forensic planning, scheduling, and delay analysis.
• Academic qualification to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Chartered membership of a recognised construction or engineering institution (e.g. CIOB, RICS, ICE, AACE) is preferred.
• Proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6 is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Availability to teach on weekends and meet marking deadlines.
