Key responsibilities:
- Execute M&A transactions within the Industrials sector
- Support senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Build detailed financial models and apply various valuation techniques
- Conduct industry and company research to identify strategic opportunities and support transaction ideas
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of M&A experience within industrials in an investment banking environment
