Investment Analyst – Infrastructure Private Equity (18–24 months IB experience)

Location: London

Compensation: Competitive + Bonus

A leading mid-market infrastructure investment fund is seeking a high-calibre Investment Analyst to join its dynamic and growing investment team in London. This is a rare opportunity to transition from investment banking into the buy side, working directly on the origination, execution, and asset management of core and core-plus infrastructure investments across the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the full deal lifecycle, including origination, financial modelling, due diligence, and execution
• Prepare investment committee papers and presentation materials
• Conduct market and sector research to identify new investment opportunities
• Assist in the ongoing monitoring and management of portfolio companies

Requirements:

• 18–24 months of experience in investment banking (M&A or infrastructure coverage preferred)
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills
• A genuine interest in infrastructure investing and long-term asset management
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• European language skills (especially French, Spanish, or German) are advantageous but not essential
