Job summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end deal execution including sourcing, financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Conduct in-depth industry research and competitive analysis in the industrials sector.
• Assist in portfolio management and value creation initiatives across existing investments.
• Prepare investment memos and present findings to internal committees and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction services, ideally with industrials exposure.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent commercial judgement and ability to communicate insights clearly.
• UK work authorization and a track record of high performance in fast-paced environments.
