Job summary

Fleming-Agri Products is seeking an Industrial Paint Sprayer to join the production team in Newbuildings. You will be responsible for applying paint finishes to products, maintaining spray area efficiency, and conducting quality checks while following safety procedures.

Full training is provided; prior spray experience is welcome but not essential. The role involves shift work, overtime when required, and a commitment to high quality and teamwork in a growing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint finishes to products to the highest quality standards.

• Keep the spray area clean, organised, and operating efficiently.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules for booths, fans, filters, and equipment.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop spraying techniques and product knowledge.
• Follow all company Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.
• Wear and maintain all required PPE.
• Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly.

An exciting opportunity to join our Industrial Spray Team. You will work as part of the production process ensuring efficiency and effective technique in all industrial spray activities.
