Job summary

Major Newton Aycliffe is seeking a Spray Cell Operative to join our production team in Coven, Wolverhampton. You will spray undercoat or glaze onto sinks, ensuring high quality before products move through to the kiln process.

This full-time, permanent role features rotating shift patterns (6-2/2-10, Mon-Fri) with full training provided. You will follow SOPs, wear PPE, and work to production targets while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Previous spraying experience, such as car spraying, is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, team-focused and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products prior to spraying and identify defects.
