Salary: £53,300 depending on experience + potential bonus + generous pension scheme + 12 flexible days on top of 25-day holiday entitlement + 2 paid volunteering days + other benefits

Position Summary
We are seeking an Asset Maintenance Manager at our Beverage factory in Dalston, Cumbria.
Reporting to the Factory Engineering Manager, you will lead industrial services management, ensuring optimal, cost-effective, and high-quality utility generation and distribution, including steam, refrigeration, water, effluent treatment, Nitrogen, CO2, compressed air, and coffee grounds handling.
Nestlé Dalston Factory is Europe’s hub for cappuccino and creamer production, featuring automated PLC-controlled processes and expanding brands like Nescafé, Aero Hot Chocolate, and Coffee-mate. The factory emphasizes continuous improvement and Lean/TPM practices, making this an exciting opportunity.
