Job summary

Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd. seeks an Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to install, commission and service industrial refrigeration systems in Ashford and the South East.

You will handle NH3/CO2 systems, perform diagnostics, and coordinate with the service team on-site to meet client specifications. The role requires reading technical drawings, travel to client sites, and delivering clear guidance on performance and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of NH3 and CO2 refrigerants and safe handling.
• Experience servicing and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems.
• Familiarity with thermodynamics, fluid mechanics and system design.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and maintain industrial refrigeration systems.
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Carry out reactive and preventive maintenance and ensure safe operation.
