Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to install, commission, service and maintain industrial refrigeration systems with NH3/CO2 focus. The role covers sites across the North, with on-site client interaction and clear communication of performance and service work.

The position requires practical NH3/CO2 experience, a suitable engineering qualification, and willingness to travel. Night and standby rota are included in the schedule.

Formación

• Relevant engineering qualifications (apprenticeship, HNC/HND, or degree).
• Strong maintenance and diagnostic abilities for industrial refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards, F-gas regulations, and site safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, service and maintain industrial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Perform reactive and preventive maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate with customers and supervisors.
• Interact with clients on-site, provide technical guidance and clear system performance updates.
• Standby rota; on average 1 in 5 weeks.
