Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial & Commercial Refrigeration Service Engineer (North) to cover various customer locations throughout the South Coast.

Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively deliver engineering tasks, including maintenance and service visits to food factories, RDCs, warehouses on various equipment, including Recip, Scroll, Screw compressor packs with Ammonia, Co2 & HFC/HFO Installations.
• Perform service and reactive breakdown cover during normal hours, supporting out-of-hours work via standby rota.
• Meet customer and business requirements through internal and client support functions.
• Ensure engineering tasks are supported with appropriate commercial awareness and business system compliance.
• Maintain quality of engineering tasks, following best practices and legislative guidelines.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Proven knowledge of the Industrial Refrigeration engineering services sector and customer expectations.
• Relevant technical competencies and certificates, including 2079 Refrigerant handling, ACRIB, Ammonia.
• Completed recognized training/course in Industrial Refrigeration.
• Good knowledge of maintenance & service duties on medium to large industrial applications.
• Experience with large central plant diagnosis and fault-finding, including compressors like Grasso, Sabroe, J&E Hall, GEA, Mycom, etc.
