RGB Network is seeking an Industrial Refrigeration / Chiller Engineer to join their Kent team. The role covers service, fault-finding and repair of industrial refrigeration plants and glycol chillers for food production clients.

The candidate should have relevant refrigeration qualifications and strong diagnostic skills, with experience in ammonia systems preferred. The position offers a full-time schedule, door-to-door travel with 1.5x overtime, and a focus on safety and high engineering

Position Overview

An Industrial Refrigeration / Chiller Engineer is sought to join an established team in Kent. This full-time post pays £22 to £24.50 per hour, with door-to-door travel and overtime at 1.5x. Duties include servicing, fault-finding and repairing commercial and industrial refrigeration plant, plus chillers, for clients in food production and distribution. Applicants should hold relevant refrigeration qualifications, possess strong diagnostic abilities, and demonstrate experience with ammonia or similar systems. The position suits a skilled technician who can work independently, travel across sites, and uphold high engineering standards.

We are working in partnership with a leading global specialist in industrial refrigeration and air conditioning, who are continuing to grow their UK operations. Due to successful project wins and expansion, they are now looking to recruit an Industrial Refrigeration / Chiller Engineer to join their established team in Kent. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that operates on a global scale, delivering high-quality solutions across multiple sectors.

The Role

You will be part of a dedicated commercial and industrial refrigeration division, supporting key clients within the food production and distribution sectors.

Day-to-day, you will be working across fully operational production environments, focusing on:

• Service, maintenance, and fault finding on Industrial refrigeration systems and Glycol chillers
• Supporting large-scale plant operations
• Ammonia project & service works - with additional training provided

The business is also keen to support career progression and is open to:

• Experienced commercial refrigeration engineers looking to move into industrial
• Improver-level engineers seeking structured training and development

What We’re Looking For

Salary & Benefits Package

Up to £24.50 per hour (based on a 40-hour week)

Door-to-door travel paid at 1.5x overtime rate
