Job summary

The Results People are recruiting a Recruitment Administrator to join our growing Industrial team in Manchester/Warrington. You will support clients and their operations by delivering a high-quality recruitment service and managing the full recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding.

We offer full training and resources to aid your development; Monday to Friday, 09:00 start, and a salary of £25,842 depending on experience. Driving licence is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable (minimum 6 months), but not essential.
• Driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with management to understand recruitment needs and client requirements.
• Supporting clients by delivering a high-quality recruitment service.
• Sourcing candidates using CV databases, job boards, open days, etc.
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
• Registering new candidates and ensuring compliance is up to date.
• Supporting the team with general recruitment administration.
