• Maximise opportunities within existing client portfolio.
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to team members.
• Interview and register candidates for clients with compliant processes.
• Meet and greet new staff on first day at client sites.
• Manage bookings on CRM to ensure payroll compliance.
• Fill client vacancies promptly; track KPIs.
• Create job adverts for major sites and social channels.
