Job summary

H-Seventeen is looking for an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to grow our temporary and temp-to-perm business across West Yorkshire, including Leeds, Wakefield and Bradford. You will work directly with the owner, win business, recruit workers and build lasting relationships with local employers.

The role requires at least two years' recruitment agency experience on a temporary industrial desk, with a track record of placing warehouse staff and related roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' recruitment agency experience on a temporary industrial desk.
• Experience placing warehouse, production, manufacturing or similar industrial workers.
• Track record of winning clients and developing accounts.
• Confident managing temporary workers and handling issues like non-attendance and short-notice requests.
• Understanding the pace and organisation needed to run an industrial temp desk.

Responsibilities

• Develop temporary and temp-to-perm business with warehouses, distributors and manufacturers.
• Build relationships with warehouse managers, operations managers and hiring decision-makers.
• Source, interview and register industrial workers, completing the necessary pre-placement checks.
• Build a pool of available candidates for day, night and rotating shifts.
• Manage bookings, attendance, assignment changes and client feedback.
• Support timesheet administration and coordinate with payroll.
• Develop repeat business and manage workers through to permanent employment.

Basic salary: £35,000 + Uncapped commission

H-Seventeen is looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to help grow our temporary and temp-to-perm business across West Yorkshire.

Established in 2009, we're an independent recruitment business developing our warehouse and industrial offering. You'll work directly with the owner, winning business, recruiting workers and building lasting relationships with local employers.

We're specifically looking for someone with recruitment agency experience supplying temporary industrial staff, such as warehouse operatives, pickers and packers, production operatives or FLT drivers.

The role

• Develop temporary and temp-to-perm business with warehouses, distributors and manufacturers.
• Build relationships with warehouse managers, operations managers and hiring decision-makers.
