Position: Onsite

iO Associates seeks a Industrial Project Manager for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to defining commodity strategy and aligning procurement plans with programme priorities, including roadmap development.
• Support sourcing activities by validating key business terms, assessing bids, and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
• Monitor and drive supply chain projects (e.g., ramp-up, transfers), applying risk mitigation and industrialisation tools to prevent disruption.
• Address supplier performance issues, manage claims, and support resolution of quality and delivery concerns affecting production.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in supplier management, MRP systems, and industrial/quality management.
• Strong project management and organisational skills, including change management and transfer of work.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across all levels.
