Job summary
Pioneer Selection Ltd. are seeking a PPM Electrical Engineer for a heavy industrial, high-volume manufacturing site in Gainsborough.
The role focuses on completing planned preventative maintenance and improving the reliability of electrical equipment across the plant. You will join the days engineering team, carry out plant-wide PPM activities, diagnose electrical faults, support shift engineers with breakdowns, and contribute to continuous improvement to reduce downtime and boost plant
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or completed electrical apprenticeship.
- Electrically biased maintenance background in a factory/manufacturing setting.
- Experience with planned preventative maintenance and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
- Complete planned preventative maintenance across plant equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults and maintain electrical systems.
- Support shift engineers with equipment breakdowns when required.
- Maintain automated manufacturing and process equipment.
- Identify improvements to increase reliability and reduce downtime.
- Record completed maintenance work accurately through a CMMS.
- Work safely in line with electrical regulations and site procedures.
