Job Description

Our client, Rt Commercial Painters Limited, based in Co. Monaghan, is currently seeking Industrial Painters for immediate start at their facility in Glaslough, Co. Monaghan.

1. Paint interior & exterior of buildings, structures, and metal products.
2. Prepare surfaces and apply industrial-grade coatings, including epoxy, zinc-rich primers, and polyurethane, using spray equipment.
3. Ensure even coverage and correct thickness according to specifications.
4. Use brushes, rollers, and sprayers for application.
5. Operate and maintain painting equipment and spray booths.

Key Requirements – Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in industrial painting or similar role.
2. Knowledge of industrial paint types, surface preparation, and application methods.
3. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
5. Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
6. Experience with surface protection, paint removal, sanding, and working safely at heights.
7. Experience with metal structures and products is a plus.

Remuneration & Work Details

Annual salary: €34,000; Pay rate: €16.77/hour; 39 hours/week.
