Position Details:

• Rotating Shift (4-week rotation days & nights)
• £13.20 per hour on days, plus 15% shift allowance at night, with substantial overtime paid hourly
• Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a physically fit and experienced industrial paint sprayer to work at a busy site manufacturing steering columns for vehicles in Coventry. The company is family-run, providing consistent work year-round with regular weekend overtime paid at standard rates.

The shift pattern alternates every 4 weeks between 06:30 - 14:45 and 19:30 - 06:00. This role offers job security and ample overtime opportunities.

Requirements: Must have industrial paint spraying experience and be comfortable lifting up to 25KG up to 600 times per day.
