We are SYSTEMS, LLC, a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This role is within the Systems' Manufacturing and Production group. A successful candidate is expected to (i) correctly read and interpret shop orders for paint color and options, and (ii) utilize airless and/or conventional spray equipment for applying paints, lacquers, or enamels to metal surfaces, ensuring medium quality finishes; passing process checks and final inspections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Read and interpret shop orders for paint colors and options accurately.
  2. Use airless and/or conventional spray equipment to apply paints, lacquers, or enamels to metal surfaces, ensuring quality standards and passing inspections.
  3. Maintain equipment and work area in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
  4. Utilize automated or manual monorail systems for moving products in and out of the paint booth.
  5. Clean and maintain equipment used in the paint booth daily.
  6. Use hoists, cranes, and lift tables as needed.
  7. Prepare surfaces for painting through cleaning or other methods.
  8. Comply with all environmental policies.
  9. May perform masking, two-toning, and operate drying equipment.
  10. Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure team compliance.
  11. Protect company reputation by maintaining confidentiality.
  12. Enhance professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and societies.
  13. Contribute to team efforts and participate in projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

  • No minimum education required.
  • No prior experience necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety rules, including proper use of PPE and maintaining a clean-shaven face due to OSHA requirements.

The pay for this position is $18.50. Base pay may vary depending on factors like location, education, training, and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive package and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility.

This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan, subject to plan policies.
