Job Opportunity: Mobile Industrial Cleaners

The Recruitment Co is recruiting for Mobile Industrial Cleaners to clean leisure outlets across Bradford and the surrounding areas.

You will work in pairs, sharing a company van, and collaborating with a partner.

Shifts: Vary from Monday – Thursday nights or Monday – Friday days, depending on work requirements.

Pay: £14.50 per hour for working time, and £12.21 per hour for travelling time.

This role may require occasional overnight stays when working away from home. Hotels are paid for, and you will receive an additional £25 per shift.

Type: Temporary to Permanent

Main Purpose of the Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide frontline support by carrying out all Specialist & Industrial Cleaning tasks across our Leisure clients.

Candidate Profile: An organized, physically fit individual with an eye for detail, committed to high standards and adhering to procedures and H&S regulations.

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving License
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A positive work ethic and outlook
• IPAF/PASMA qualifications (preferable)

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high-quality cleaning services to clients in hospitality, retail, and leisure sectors.
2. Build strong relationships through professional communication.
3. Understand and follow proper cleaning procedures and safety regulations.
4. Perform carpet, upholstery cleaning, jet washing, window cleaning, and other industrial cleaning duties.
5. Maintain and operate equipment and company vehicle responsibly.
6. Follow health and safety legislation and company policies.
7. Use CAFM platform for job documentation and evidence.
8. Participate in meetings and team development activities.
9. Undertake additional duties as required and complete relevant training.
