Jaxdene Solutions Limited is seeking a Mechanical Fitter for a 4 on/4 off 12-hour days shift at our anaerobic digestion facilities across the region. You will perform PPM and rapid breakdown repairs, working with the wider engineering team.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 and hands-on experience with gearboxes, motors, hydraulics and conveyors, and you must be comfortable working outdoors and at height.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mechanical fitting/maintenance.
• NVQ Level 3 or apprenticeship completed.
• Experience with gearboxes, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps and valves.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned maintenance across site.
• Diagnose faults and perform mechanical repairs.
• Service, repair, install, test plant equipment.
• Work safely at height on process infrastructure.
• Maintain maintenance records using tablet-based systems.
• Support engineering with breakdown response and improvements.
• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards at all times.
