Job summary

TQR Consultancy Ltd is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Manufacturing Operative to join a growing production team in a busy manufacturing environment. Full training will be provided, with prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing or similar fields offering an advantage.

The role focuses on day‑to‑day production support, stock control, order fulfilment and preparation of finished products for customers.

Qualifications

• Full training will be provided.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or similar environments would be an advantage.
• Role involves regular lifting and physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in line with procedures and manufacturer instructions.
• Control stock using FIFO method.
• Pick and pack products.
• Pick customer orders accurately.
• Shrink-wrap finished products and palletise for dispatch.
• Change product labels when required.
• Carry out basic maintenance and report equipment issues.
• Follow health and safety procedures and keep the workspace clean and organised.
• Support other areas of the business when required.
• Carry out other duties to support operations.
