As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our production customers in a Just-In-Time (JIT) environment experience seamless and continuous performance. Your expertise will directly impact our efficiency and success.

Your Mission:

1. Be the Equipment Guardian: Proactively maintain and expertly repair a diverse range of industrial machinery to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
2. Master of Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues with precision and speed, providing sound and effective solutions that get us back up and running.
3. Champion of Reliability: Execute preventative maintenance tasks meticulously, adhering to established schedules and procedures to guarantee the consistent reliability of our valuable equipment.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• A solid foundation of at least 1 year of proven maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Familiarity with industrial electrical circuits, including high-voltage 480V 3-phase systems.
• A working knowledge of industrial pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in using basic hand tools and welding skills (MIG or TIG).
• The ability to fabricate or repair machine components as needed.
