A Michigan based company in Brighton, Michigan is seeking several Industrial Maintenance Technicians for long-term opportunities with their growing team. Industrial Maintenance Technician hourly rates are anticipated to start between $25 and $30 per hour, with overtime available at premium rates. We will consider paying more for the right skills and experience. All qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rates. We offer excellent benefits, great medical, dental and 401k plans.

Qualified Industrial Maintenance Technicians will have most, if not all the following skills and experience:

1. Any experience with maintenance on industrial equipment, CNC and manual machines, automation, conveyors, robotics and facilities.
2. Any experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatics, machine controls, PLCs, CNC, E-stops, etc.
3. Able to read technical machinery manuals, blueprints, drawings, sketches, schematics.
4. Ability to work independently to perform needed repairs and preventative maintenance – any welding and fabrication is a big plus!
5. Must be able to work OT!
6. Must be authorized to work in the United States (no H-1 sponsorship or student visas considered) and able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
