Scout is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility in Oxford, PA. This is a hands-on plant-floor role focused on equipment reliability, preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded maintenance technician who can diagnose problems, make repairs with minimal supervision, and contribute across multiple trades.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Proficient with Windows-based systems for emails, work orders, and documentation.

Mansioni

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on plant machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems such as conveyors and pumps.
• Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, sensors, relays, and controllers.
• Use a multimeter and diagnostic tools to identify faults.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Complete work orders and PM documentation accurately.
• Assist with equipment installation and modifications as needed.
• Identify worn components and perform repairs independently when possible.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to resolve recurring issues.
• Maintain clean, safe maintenance areas and follow procedures.
