Job summary

Pioneer Selection is seeking a Maintenance Engineer near Selby to maintain and optimise complex production equipment. The role involves both electrical and mechanical fault finding, reactive and planned maintenance, and contributing to continuous improvement across site machinery.

The successful candidate will join a blue-chip manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and development of engineering talent.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability.
• Electrical Engineering qualification is required.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant equipment and machinery across the site.
• Respond to breakdowns and restore production quickly.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Support continuous improvement projects across equipment and processes.
