Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Labourer/Factory Cleaner to maintain high cleanliness standards in our Rocester facilities. You will join the Workplace Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14.

The role covers cleaning industrial equipment, floors and work areas, including the paint booths and shotblast areas, with heavy‑duty cleaning machinery. You must be physically fit and able to work at heights and in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit due to the nature of the job.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and materials in line with health & safety and COSHH regulations.
• Role involves cleaning a manufacturing site, including equipment, floors and work areas, plus specialised tasks.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of the paint booths.
• Working within the shotblast area.
• High level cleaning using machinery, including a scrubber.
• Removing tank coolant and cleaning out machine tanks.
• Quick response to client requests.
• Experience in industrial cleaning is desirable.

This is a Full-Time Role 37 ½ per week, with the option for overtime.

• Tuesday & Wednesday 10am - 6 pm
• Thursday 10.30 am - 6.30 pm
• Friday 8 am - 4 pm
• Saturday 8 am - 4 pm ( 1 ½ rate paid )
