Job summary

Express Recruitment Limited is seeking a Technical Field Sales Engineer to cover a UK territory, primarily visiting customers on-site. You will drive revenue growth by supporting MRO end-users and distributors, and identifying new business opportunities that strengthen the brand.

The role involves regular UK travel, with occasional international travel, and requires a full UK driving license. The salary is £55,000 per year plus a company car and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in engineering or technical discipline.
• Experience as Applications or Sales Engineer.
• Ability to recommend engineering solutions for MRO and key accounts.
• Experience managing distributor relationships and MRO accounts.
• Experience delivering technical sales strategies.
• Knowledge of the UK MRO market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities to support and expand the Industrial Aftermarket business.
• Manage relationships with Authorised Distributors and MRO end-user customers.
• Develop strategic business plans with key distribution partners.
• Provide sales and engineering support to distributors and customers.
• Initiate and manage projects with a pipeline up to £300,000.
• Promote cost-saving and ownership benefits to customers.
