GXO Logistics, Inc. in Sherburn-in-Elmet is recruiting an Industrial Engineer for a full-time, permanent role.

You will support operational excellence through industrial engineering methods, performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives, working Monday to Friday 08:00–16:30 with frontline teams. You will design and maintain KPIs, conduct time and motion studies, lead Lean/Six Sigma projects, and develop dashboards to drive data-led decisions, aiming to improve productivity,

Qualifications

• Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma in logistics, warehousing or manufacturing.
• Ability to conduct time/motion studies and process analysis.
• Strong data analysis skills and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain operational measurement systems with KPIs.
• Conduct time studies and process analysis to identify bottlenecks.
• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Manage improvement projects from concept to implementation with stakeholder engagement.
