Job summary
Wolviston Management Services are recruiting an Electrician to join a busy maintenance team in Billingham. The role covers planned and reactive electrical maintenance, installations and improvements across multiple facilities, including cleanrooms.
The successful candidate will ensure safety, reliability and compliance of electrical systems. You will work independently and with other trades, undertaking maintenance, testing and project installations while upholding high health and safety
Qualifications
- Qualified Electrician with experience in commercial/industrial facilities maintenance.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities with a proactive safety mindset.
- Experience with lighting systems, cleanroom environments, and fire alarm systems is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across site facilities.
- Maintain general and specialist lighting, including cleanroom lighting.
- Perform RCD testing and electrical inspections for compliance.
- Support fire alarm system testing, maintenance and upgrades.
- Complete minor electrical installation works and project installations.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical specs to guide work.
