Job summary

Glasswell and Last Limited is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to manage electricians and apprentices on UK projects from our base in Bury St Edmunds. The role covers installation work to WIMES standards, along with on-site safety, QA, and procurement coordination.

The ideal candidate will be a time-served electrician with the relevant apprenticeship or degree, hold CSCS/ECS cards, and possess a valid UK driving licence. Travel across the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Fully time-served electrician with relevant apprenticeship or degree.
• Experience in industrial and commercial installation projects.
• UK driving licence and valid safety cards (ECS/CSCS) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and apprentices on-site daily.
• Lead RAMS briefings and ensure safety paperwork is up-to-date.
• Inspect and calibrate equipment; manage on-site inventories.
• Follow design change procedures and red-pen markups.
• Liaise with Safety Officer, Procurement and Project Manager to deliver defects-free work on time.
