Job summary
Electract Limited, a Midlands and UK electrical contractor established in 1950, is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to meet current demands and newly secured contracts. Based at Bardon Hill (Leicestershire) and Watnall (Nottingham), the role focuses on medium to large electrical installation projects with travel across the UK.
The candidate will lead site operations, supervise teams, ensure health and safety standards, and coordinate subcontractors while maintaining high-quality
Qualifications
- BS7671 (18th edition) qualifications and solid understanding of the construction industry.
- Knowledge of lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm and security systems.
- Effective communication skills with a customer focused approach.
- Assist in the production of health and safety risk assessments and method statements.
- Manage the handover and assist in the production of documents including operation and maintenance manuals, certification and as installed documentation.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel including overnight stays.
Responsibilities

- Ability to develop plan and manage resources including labour, materials and plant.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor and develop teams.
- To organise and oversee specialist subcontractors.

Electract are an JIB/ECA/NICIEC Electrical Contractor established in 1950. We cover the Midlands and the UK. We are based at Bardon Hill (Leicestershire) and Watnall (Nottingham).
