Job summary

JLB Recruitment Ltd in London is seeking experienced door engineers to install, fault-find, repair and maintain roller shutters, industrial and automatic doors, glazing systems, barriers and loading bays across commercial, industrial and public sites. Some installations may require overnight stays.

The role includes site surveys, preventive maintenance and responding to on-call calls with overtime, standby payments and a company van provided.

Qualifications

• Field experience in the industry is essential.
• Knowledge of all types of industrial doors.
• IPAF and PASMA desirable.
• Electrical skills would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Automatic Doors or EN 16005 desirable.
• CSCS card ideal.
• Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities

• Install, fault find, repair and perform preventive maintenance on commercial/industrial/public doors.
• Work on Roller shutters, Industrial Doors, Automatic Doors, Glazing Systems, Barriers and Loading Bays.
• Overnight stays may be required for larger installations.
