Weightmans in Birmingham is seeking a Solicitor to join our Disease litigation team. You will manage a modest caseload of NIHL and asbestos-related injury claims and support Partners with more complex matters.

The role requires strong litigation skills, the ability to meet deadlines and deliver practical solutions for clients. You will work within a collaborative team and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years PQE.
• Extensive litigation experience with proven ability.
• Able to manage own caseload and meet deadlines.
• Strong commercial, client-focused and team skills.
• Flexible, proactive with IT skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of NIHL/asbestos cases with minimal supervision.
• Draft strategy reports and advise Partners on complex work.
• Attend conferences, court hearings, and client meetings.
• Support business development and client relationship initiatives.
