Job summary

Weightmans LLP in Birmingham is recruiting a Solicitor to join the Disease litigation team. You will handle NIHL/HAVS and asbestos-related claims, draft strategy reports, conduct research, and manage client matters with a commercial, solution-focused approach.

The role supports business development and client relationships within a fast-paced team. Ideally you will have 0–3 years PQE, strong litigation experience, and the ability to work to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 0–3 years plus PQE.
• Experience in disease/litigation is desirable.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft full strategy reports and advices.
• Undertake legal research and investigations.
• Draft pleadings.
