Qualifications

• Upwards of two years strong Industrial Disease fee earning experience.
• Experience of handling your own caseload is essential.
• Pre- and Post-Litigation experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deal with Noise Induced Hearing Loss cases on behalf of claimants.
• Manage mix of pre-litigated and litigated cases.
• Handle some other Industrial Disease matters as needed.
