Job summary

S Guest Consultancy Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Senior Site Manager to lead an industrial/logistics development in Northampton, valued at approximately £20m. The role requires coordinating teams, driving programme, and ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will join a main contractor with Midlands activity, delivering from groundworks to handover and maintaining strong client and consultant relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering industrial/logistics projects for a main contractor.
• Strong ownership and decision-making ability.
• Proven track record in multi-million-pound schemes.
• Excellent programming and sequencing knowledge.
• Strong commercial and technical awareness.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site management teams and subcontractors.
• Drive programme and short-term planning.
• Monitor progress against milestones.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards.
• Maintain quality throughout construction.
• Chair progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Work with commercial and design teams.
• Manage client and consultant relationships.
• Identify and resolve programme issues.
• Drive project through commissioning, completion and handover.
