Job summary

Huntress Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an Industrial & Commercial Account Manager/Project Manager. The role is predominantly home based with regular travel to customer sites, coordinating projects from enquiry to delivery and maintaining CRM records.

Candidate should manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and work independently across a hybrid home/field setting with a UK driving licence for regular travel.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects, customer accounts or commercial opportunities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset and the ability to spot opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own diary.
• Full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Building strong relationships with commercial customers.
• Meeting customers on site to understand their requirements and discuss potential solutions.
• Coordinating internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Managing timescales, actions, documentation and customer expectations.
• Providing customers with regular updates and making sure any issues are dealt with quickly.
• Working with technical and operational teams to develop practical solutions.
• Managing several projects at different stages and prioritising your workload effectively.
• Maintaining accurate project and customer information within the CRM.
• Contributing to wider commercial and business development objectives.
