Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a full-time Industrial Cleaner to join our 14Forty cleaning and facilities teams. The role is 40 hours per week with Mon-Fri days, delivering safe, high-standard industrial cleaning across the site.

You will work with the Supervisor and Site Manager, maintain a hygienic environment, attend toolbox talks, and uphold health and safety practices. Candidates will have industrial cleaning experience and hold a Water Jetting license, CoSHH and Manual Handling

• City & Guilds Confined Space training

Responsibilities

• Carrying out industrial cleaning tasks in line with the agreed schedule of works
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
• Supporting the Supervisor and Site Manager to deliver an excellent service
• Maintaining strong client relationships by following instructions and providing professional service at all times
• Promoting safe working practices and reporting any health & safety issues, accidents, or near misses
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment
• Attending training, toolbox talks, and team meetings to continually improve skills and knowledge
