Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a full-time Industrial Cleaner to join the 14Forty cleaning and facilities teams. The role runs on a Mon-Fri day shift, 40 hours per week, and focuses on delivering high standards of cleanliness and safety across client sites.

You will carry out industrial cleaning tasks to the scheduled plan, comply with CoSHH and health and safety requirements, and support the site supervisor to maintain excellent service and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial cleaning role.
• CoSHH and Manual Handling awareness.
• Water Jetting license and City & Guilds Confined Space training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to Health & Safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out industrial cleaning tasks in line with the agreed schedule of works.
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
• Supporting the Supervisor and Site Manager to deliver an excellent service.
• Maintaining strong client relationships by following instructions and providing professional service at all times.
• Promoting safe working practices and reporting any health & safety issues, accidents, or near misses.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment.
• Attending training, toolbox talks, and team meetings to continually improve skills and knowledge.

We're currently recruiting a full time Industrial Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for 14Forty, contracted to 40 hours per week.
