Job summary

14Forty, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking a full-time Industrial Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams in the Liverpool area. You will help deliver safe, high-quality service across our sites and support colleagues to meet client expectations.

You will work 40 hours per week, follow the agreed schedule, attend toolbox talks and training, and maintain a clean, hygienic environment with strong health & safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous industrial cleaning experience.
• CoSHH and Manual Handling awareness.
• Water Jetting license.
• City & Guilds Confined Space training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, flexible, proactive attitude.
• Commitment to Health & Safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out industrial cleaning tasks in line with the agreed schedule of works
• Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard
• Supporting the Supervisor and Site Manager to deliver an excellent service
• Maintaining strong client relationships by following instructions and providing professional service at all times.
• Promoting safe working practices and reporting any health & safety issues, accidents, or near misses.
• Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe working environment.
• Attending training, toolbox talks, and team meetings to continually improve skills and knowledge.

We're currently recruiting a full time Industrial Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for 14Forty, contracted to 40 hours per week.
