Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Industrial Cleaner (Night Shift) to maintain high standards of cleanliness at our Rocester site. You will join our Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team to manage daily cleaning operations, including industrial equipment, floors and work areas, with attention to safety and efficiency.

The role requires physical fitness and experience with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site industrial cleaning.
• Must be physically fit and able to operate heavy-duty cleaning equipment.
• Able to work nights: Mon-Thu, 5:30pm–4:30am.
• Comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and COSHH substances.

Responsibilities

• Clean paint booths, welding/shot blast areas using jet washing and floor scrubber.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and power tools in line with safety regulations.
• Manage waste collection, transportation and storage for internal and external areas.
• Keep stores and equipment secure and compliant with health and safety rules.
• Carry out additional tasks as requested by Managers.

Pinnacle Group is looking for a dedicated experienced Industrial Cleaner (Night Shift) to maintain high standards of cleanliness at our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester, ST14. (Transport Essential **)

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Your role will be tohandle the overall day-to-day management of the cleaning operation on-site in a safe, efficient and professional manner, includingcleaning of industrial equipment, floors, and work areas, as well as handling specialised cleaning tasks.

You will need to be detail-oriented, physically fit, and capable of working with heavy-duty cleaning equipment and chemicals.

This is a Full Time Permanent Night Shift working 4 nights per week, Monday to Thursday, 5.30pm to 4.30am (Transport Essential**)

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Cleaning of Paint booths / Welding / Shot blast area and will involve: jet washing, floor scrubber drier, confined space cleaning, high–level cleaning, and other specialist cleaning duties


• Operate industrial electrical cleaning equipment and power tools, including hammers, chisels and Dry Ice Blaster, in accordance with health and safety and COSHH regulations.


• Waste management – collection, transportation, and storage of waste for both internal and external areas.


• Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.


• Carry out any reasonable task requested by the Managers

Key Requirements Will Include

• Experience with working to tight schedules


• Physically fit and capable of working with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals


• The Post will involve elements of manual handling, and you may also be required to work with substances controlled under COSHH regulations


• High-Level deep Cleaning (working at height)


• Able to work in Confined Spaces
