Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting an experienced Industrial Cleaner for a busy manufacturing facility near Banbury. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe and organised environment to support production.

You will be part of a friendly, supportive team and operate essential cleaning tasks throughout the site. The position requires own transport due to location, with Monday to Friday day shifts and a modern, well-maintained working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or automotive setting is desirable.
• Own transport is required due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial floor cleaning equipment.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors; dust and wipe workstations and communal areas.
• Clean windows and internal glass surfaces; empty bins and replenish supplies.
• Maintain high hygiene standards across the facility and assist with general housekeeping.
• Follow instructions from the Facilities Manager for additional tasks.

Pay Rate: A GBP 16.00 per hour PAYE

Are you an experienced Industrial Cleaner looking for your next opportunity?

We were recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner to join a busy manufacturing facility near Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a clean, modern environment as part of a friendly and supportive team where maintaining high standards is a key part of the operation.

Youll play an important role in ensuring the site remains clean, safe and organised, helping to support production by maintaining excellent housekeeping standards throughout the facility.

What Youll Be Doing

• Workshop and production areas
• Offices and reception
• Staff canteens and break rooms
• Washrooms and welfare facilities
• Internal walkways and communal areas

Your day:to:day duties will include:

• Operating industrial floor cleaning equipment
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and wiping down workstations and communal areas
• Cleaning windows and internal glass surfaces
• Emptying bins and replenishing consumables
• Maintaining high hygiene standards throughout the facility
• Supporting general housekeeping activities as required
• Completing additional cleaning tasks instructed by the Facilities Manager

What Were Looking For

To Be Successful In This Role, Youll Ideally Have

• Previous experience in an industrial or commercial cleaning role
• Experience working within a manufacturing, engineering or automotive environment (desirable)
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail
• Your own transport due to site location
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and a positive attitude
• Pride in delivering a clean and safe working environment
