Job summary

CDI - Russell Taylor is recruiting an Industrial Cleaner for a growing manufacturing site in Knowsley. The successful candidate will help maintain high cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping across production areas in a modern facility.

Applicants should have prior industrial cleaning experience, particularly in warehouse or manufacturing settings, and be familiar with GMP and health & safety practices. This role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30, with pay at £12.71 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and sanitisation of manufacturing and production areas.
• Clean production equipment, vessels, pipework, floors, walls and surfaces.
• Safely use industrial cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Complete cleaning records and documentation accurately.
• Support production teams in maintaining GMP and hygiene standards.
• Dispose of waste materials according to site procedures.
• Perform deep-cleaning during planned shutdowns and maintenance.
• Identify and report housekeeping, hygiene, safety or maintenance issues.
• Ensure all work aligns with Health & Safety policies and site procedures.

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Industrial Cleaner to join a growing manufacturing business based in Knowsley. Working within a modern production facility, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping across manufacturing and processing areas.

This position would suit someone with experience in industrial cleaning, food manufacturing, chemical processing, pharmaceutical production, warehouse cleaning, or other regulated manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning and sanitisation of manufacturing and production areas.
