Job summary

Russell Taylor Group in Ellesmere Port is seeking an Industrial Chemical Engineer to take new and improved processes from development and pilot trials into full-scale production. You will scale up processes, develop designs, and support handovers for seamless production.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience scaling up processes from lab or pilot to manufacturing.
• Knowledge of process safety, HAZOPs and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with high-temperature or electrochemical processes; Chartered Engineer status or Six Sigma training advantageous.
