Job summary

Lord Search & Selection is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the South East, London corridors and motorway routes M1, M3, M20. You will develop existing customers while identifying and securing new business opportunities across OEMs, systems integrators and end users.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will deliver against sales targets, provide technical and commercial support, and work closely with in-house specialists to grow the client’s automation portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in industrial automation or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and growing sales territories.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of automation portfolios.
• Ability to develop OEM and system integrator relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established sales territory across the South East, London and corridor routes including M1, M3, M20.
• Develop relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors and end-user customers.
• Identify new project opportunities and drive specification sales activity.
• Provide technical and commercial support across the automation portfolio.
• Collaborate with in-house technical specialists and support teams to win opportunities.
• Deliver against agreed sales targets and growth objectives.
• Maintain strong market awareness and competitor knowledge.
