Berrys in Kettering is expanding its commercial agency desk to cover industrial units 50,000–100,000 sq ft across North Northamptonshire. The Associate Partner will lead business development, build relationships with occupiers and landowners, and position the firm as a credible market player.

This is a path to partnership with a performance-linked earnings structure; the role requires drive, MRICS preferred, and a strong local network.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in commercial/industrial agency.
• Experience handling 50,000–100,000 sq ft industrial units.
• MRICS preferred (positive).

Responsibilities

• Proactive business development and relationship building with occupiers/landowners.
• Handling instructions for industrial units in 50k–100k sq ft range.
• Maintain and grow Berrys’ profile in Kettering/North Northamptonshire.
