NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care is seeking an Administrative Assistant (Band 3) for 22.5 hours per week at Hattersley Hub, Hyde. The role supports the Individualised Commissioning Team and includes handling calls, data entry and correspondence with patients and health professionals.

The hours for this role are 22.5 per week and the working pattern – 7.5hrs Wed / Thu / Fri
This is a varied and fast paced role providing all aspects of administrative support to the NHS Individualised Commissioning Team which includes the nursing team, senior managers.
Due to the nature of the team the post holder will be required to work in a professional and sensitive manner. They would be required to deal with in coming calls from patients , family members, carers or other health professionals which may on occasion be distressing.
To provide administration support to the team the post holder will be:
