The Individual Needs team is a really supportive and friendly group made up of 7 Teaching Assistants, 5 Individual Needs teachers and an IN Administrator. We work closely together every day, sharing ideas, checking in with each other, and making sure everyone feels supported. We all care about what we do and about each other, which makes a big difference in our day-to-day work with students.

You will have English and Maths to GCSE level or equivalent grade C or above, and at least NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent or a willingness to work towards. Experience of working with children is essential, along with knowledge of the needs of students with IN and disabilities and the challenges they face. We are looking for someone to work either with our primary school children or senior school.
