Job summary

All Saints C.E. Junior Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Individual Needs Assistant to join our caring team. The role includes 1:1 and small group support for pupils with EHCPs, and a Breakfast Club supervisory element. Start date is as soon as possible, with a pro rata salary reflecting part-time hours.

The post is fixed-term, 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:45am–3:15pm during term time, with progression potential for the right candidate. DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• INA or Teaching Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).
• Run 1:1 and small group interventions when needed.
• Assist with Breakfast Club Supervisory duties as part of the role.
